Photoshop & Illustrator Issues

Hey!

So recently I've come across a pretty much day-halting issue

Ive got a pretty solid computer;

I9 14900k 3200 mhz 24 core

128gb ram

Nvidia ATX A200 12gb

Photoshop will open, but even the slightest task will crash it

Illustrator will work fine, but even auto-tracing a smiley face black and white will crash it.

Ive done the cloud cleaner; drivers are up to date, almost a fresh windows install - i'm pretty lost here.

Please ensure that your GPU driver is up to date, as this is often the cause of issues. If you continue to experience problems after updating the driver, please provide your System Info. You can find this by going to Help > System in Photoshop. Copy and paste that information into a text file and share it in your response. 🙂
