Photoshop and Big Sur not working

Photoshop will open on my macOS Big Sur, but it's just a gray screen. I can't open any photo files at all. I've tried uninstalling and installing several times now, along with re starting my desktop. Photoshop is also updated to the 2021 version.

Photoshop 2021 does not work in Mac OS Big Sur.

What happens is that when the eGPU is selected in the "Performance" setting and a file is opened no image appears in Photoshop 2021 or 2020.

Speaking to Adobe support they told me that a "second" GPU is not supported and has never been supported, even though the option for selecting it is available and that it did work in Catalina.

Not sure what Adobe is playing at.

THE eGPU does work in Lightroom Classic with "Full graphics acceleration is enabled".

Abobe is not doing their job.

Photoshop has always had issues with two video cards.

Mac OS handles multiple monitors/displays differently than Windows.

There's nothing "playing at". It's been known for years.

Here are two links that are helpful.

You've posted no new information.

Photoshop worked fine with the eGPU selected in Catalina, does not work in Big Sur.
