Photoshop App

I'm having an issue with my photo shop app. After the most recent update, now when I open anything up in the app, where the item is suppose to be keeps flashing white and black. Nothing I do seems to be working. I've already uninstalled the app and redownloaded. That didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
