Photoshop Bad vs Worse

I am hoping that in this section we can all tell our experience with adobe, meaning that ,

you talk to a sales representative tell you , you get photoshop for 11 euros and then:

- the program don't work , i get all kinds of error when I try to open even the simplest image

- I have to open with gimp , then overwrite to the image , then open in photoshop

- i get very very many casese where i try  to open the program and i get a delay for 10 (ten) minutes

-we get the adobe help , and , not only does the problem comes back  but they are the mosst rude people i have talk to

-despite the fact that i was willing to keep my membership even though i got many faults throughout the time,i get a sales support arogant whatever which comes to me with questions like "what do you want from this membership" - after 1 spent 10 minutes explaining to him all of that previous said

so in al fairness i should say

shame adobe

shame having such disgusting people in customer care.

Please stop being silly, swallow your pride, take a deep breath and spell out the issues as outlined in previous posts from the experts. Photoshop has being going for years and is the world's standard photo editing application with millions of users having no problems at all. Nevertheless there can be issues caused by all kinds of things. The volunteers are here to help you sort them out, so try again and post details and play nicely, or go away and be frustrated and angry – not the way to go Silviiuh!

LOL , I read , I laugh and so on

I expected adobe "user on user forum" :))))))))))) to be a little bit more pro

from what responses i get i can only laugh

now for real ... are you people serious?

i mean... i wrote a few lines which even a simple man would understand .... i explained it even further in another post and still i get replyes like derek  who says "so try again and post"  ... no fo real is that hard to understand a few lines?

Derek ... for somebody who should set an example(old timer i mean) you are very fast with offending someone. First off i doubt that you will ever tell (or told) anybody (or even a dog for that matter) what to do.

I am guessing that the admins on this forum will not ban somebody who wasnt asked anything but had nothing better to do than to start a discussion with someone who was not intersested even the slightest in what he had to say in his best days (not now, in cas you had any), and on top of that he starts to offend somebody else.

you know , from the picture i can see that you are in your old age and i know i am mistaken if i take you seriouslly and all i can do is laugh to see an old man not beeing capable of saying anything smart instead he starts to offend when he runs out of arguments.

    Hi

As c.pfaffenbichler has said this is a user to user forum - the questions are answered by volunteer users. We may be able to help you if you can be specific about your issues, giving sufficient detail so that we can understand what is happening.

However if you are just here to vent and have a go at someone who asked you for information in order to help you,  then good luck..........

ok, i can see that you people are everywere , so let me make a foul out of you

there is no such thing as user to user forum - nowhere , no organization , no rfc , or ietf , or iesg , of whatever has stated that there is "user to user forum" so i just demonstrated you you are talking without knowing properlly the terms you are using

however in case you dont know how to read let me explain again "i never stated any question"

and let me refraise "i am not here to vent" at someone, i just post a thread that i describe something that should not happen ( i mean you cannot take somebodys money and then not providing the services you told them - that is fraud)

the hope was that somebody else that had gone trough the same problems will post , then another , then another and then eventually adobe will correct the problem because trying to reach them simpply wont work. but from what i can see i am the only one that had problem with the software

as for dave, i m sorry , you may be a good guy, that is not my problem , but trust me my friend you dont know how to read, and if you do you definetlly dont understand.

Your post seems to be kind of unfocused.

First just to make sure: This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

Secondly: If you want advice on specific issues please post more specific information.

    https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7044

What about the files you had to convert with Gimp?

Can you provide a file that Photoshop would not open?

I remember there could be problems with files that did not themselves exceed the maximum pixel dimensions but contained Layers that did.

Some general trouble-shooting and performance-related info:

    Why unfocused?

As I recall forums are for sharing informations - in case you didnt know that.

Is that all out of order to share information that includes support after sale? In my oppinion this is kind like a warrany when you buy a TV.

wouldnt you like to have warranty for a product you buy? anyway

as to answer you about gimp... this was not some one time out of 1 billion times, this was something that happened to me almost every week and if you believe it or not AT LEAST 1 out of 10 pictures i got from google gave me that same message.

your post, is kind of childish

i mean... i dont know if you are at least legal drinking age, but you gave some links about troubleshooting and anyone with an iq of more than 80 lets say, would realise that if you pay for something you expect that you dont pay that money in vain, i mean, if i had photoshop cracked i will not be insane to go and ask for support. but when i pay each month the fee, when we all , photoshop users , who decieded that one day we shoud do the right thing and not copy amtlib.dll to our hard drives but instead we shoud buy the program because it is the right thing to do, and to see that not only do they sell you a bad product but , they refuse to refund you the money, they are arrogant, and they just slam the door in your face when you (close suddentlly the chat)

    i repeat again and again

    shame

i will never in my entrire life buy anything from this company

    Why unfocused?

Because your post seemed to combine

    • references to several different technical problems without providing a lot of information on the specifics

    • with a complaint about the behaviour of Adobe’s customer support staff.

So while the individual points may have merit mixing them up in one post might make a meaningful exchange more difficult.

As I recall forums are for sharing informations - in case you didnt know that.

And that’s where I stopped reading your post (edit: and following this thread).

    Good luck!
