My Photoshop app randomly moved the menu bar and the other images that I added out of frame, and I couldn't access it. Anyone know how to fix this at all?

Does Window > Application Frame sort out your issue?
@JTGraceHS Go to Window menu>Workspace>Essentials and then choose Reset Essentials.
