Photoshop Beta don't let me use shortcut for Flatten Image as (Cmd + ,)

I was using this shortcut (Cmd + , ) for flatten image PS 2023 but 2024 doesn't let me use and it says "cannot be assigned because it used by OS"

Can you check this out? I've added a screenshot for it. I want to use this shortcut again, because it's my habit.

Yesterday i update the new version of 25.0.0 release but my problem persists. Any expert?
