Photoshop blackscreen - CC18

Hello,

I just bought and installed the Adobe creative suite one week ago. At first i could use Photoshop and indesign properly. But today i only can start indesign normally. Photoshop starts and doesnt freeze, but it only shows the menu bar. The rest of the working space is pitch black.
I have tried:

-reinstalling photoshop

-reinstall driver

I dont know what i can do. please help me

    Try resetting Your Photoshop preference restarting Phoroshop. Reinstalling Photoshop does not reset your userID preferences.
