Hi,

I've been having this issue for a while - when using photoshop the brush becomes completely unresponsive and the mouse cursor appears, I can't select other tools, can't zoom nothing. I have checked to see if anything was selected but nothing has been. Honestly this is becoming frustrating as it is slowing me down.

If i save the file and reopen everything works.

I am using a wacom intous pro medium.

Is this a bug in photoshop or is it a bug with the wacom?

I use Photoshop version 22.4.3 on Windows 10 and never experience any issue using a Wacom Intuos small tablet, even with previous versions the tablet worked fine.

The only other thing that I can suggest is to try using the Adobe cleaner tool

Hi

What exact version of Photoshop are you using, a couple of things to try

Reset the Tools

Reset the preferences

Also try re-installing the Wacom driver if none of the above helps

Hi,

So I've tried all of the above and it's still doing it - I am running the latest version of photoshop but this issue started with version 21.2.10 and has progressively gotten worse with me being unable to work in photoshop for more than 5 minutes until the brush becomes unresponsive. But thank you for your suggestions I will keep trying them to see if it will work.
