In macOS, go to Apple menu > System Prefs > Accessibility > Display. Set the Pointer brush Size to Normal.

Hi @KariKorpihete 

I'm sorry. I meant to say Cursor size, but I think it says Pointer size. Setting it to Normal fixes the Brush size in Photoshop.

If you don't see it, can you show a screenshot of what you see in Apple menu > System Prefs > Accessibility > Display?
