Photoshop bug - Menu bar missing from Photoshop 2021 on Windows 10

Bonjour, bonsoir

Depuis que j'ai télécharger photoshop 2021 ma barre d'état et de menu ont totalement disparus
je me retrouve avec l'accueil de photoshop en fond il m'est possible de les manipuler tout de même mais je ne les vois plus.

je dispose actuellement d'un lenovo avec une carte graphique amd radeon et je me demande si le problème ne viendrait pas de là?
Si quelqu'un à une solution...
