I have seen tutorials on YouTube, and when you go into camera raw filter, on the right side bar, graduated filters show up, but when I go into camera raw filter it isn't there, how can i make it show up and so i can use it

Adobe upgraded masking somewhat recently, so if the YouTube tutorials you see show something different than what Semaphoric showed, then the tutorials are out of date. What Semaphoric showed is up to date, the way it works in the current version.
