Here's my stats:

macOS Catalina 10.15.1

• 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

• 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

• Radeon Pro 560 4 GB

Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

• Adobe CC 2020

First time save the normal operation, after a while working, it appears this error.  Photoshop could not save the file, the process of saving the file stopped at 0%. Now, photoshop can't save any files until I restart the computer. After that, the file just got corrupted, I couldn't open it in Photoshop. I tried to change the version Photoshop (CS6, CC2017, CC2019), all of them have this problem.
