Photoshop cannot read information from NVIDIA Quadro K2000

Since latest Photoshop update, Photoshop "unable to detect information" from NVIDIA Quadro K2000.  At first it didn't see the card at all, but after I updated the driver (to 472.47), it sees the card, but says "unable to detect information."  Since this happened my printer (Epson 3880) is printing blank pages.  I am running Windows 10 Pro on HP workstation.  Photoshop seems to work but nothing prints.  Everything was perfect before the Photoshop update.  I am desperate.

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

If that doesn't help, it may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
