Photoshop CC 2017 can't open or create new files

Recently, I've had significant trouble with creating projects in Photoshop. When I try opening any files (whether that be through Photoshop itself or "Open with...") no error messages pop up, but neither does the actual image. Additionally, the file does not appear in the Window tab.

On a side note, when I try using "Open with..." Photoshop won't start until I end the background process with about 130 MB memory, but I'm sure that's an unrelated issue.

When I try clicking "New...", Photoshop seems to freeze, having all of its options gray out.

Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how do I fix it?

Looks like you're using a non genuine/cracked version of Photoshop CC2017, according to your system info

There is no perpetual license for Adobe CC applications, it's only on subscription
