Photoshop CC 2017 Export As Not Working

When choosing File -> Export -> Export As I get a pop up with the following message:

The "Export As" extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

Version: 3.0.8
Path: /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC2017/Adobe Photoshop CC 2017.app/Contents/Required/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.photoshop.crema

I have un-installed/re-installed several times and tried the steps in this thread but no luck. Any help would be appreciated

Information:

Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

Photoshop CC 2017.1.2 Release

20171103.r.18 x64

Just chatted with support. Need to uninstall the latest version and roll back to CC(2017) 18.1.1. There is a bug in the latest version which they say will be fixed in the next update. This fix worked for me.

Adding to my previous comment: in order to roll back to a previous version you need to uninstall the current one and then select "Other Versions" from the same button used to access the uninstall option. Pick the version to install that is one less than what you had installed when the problem started. See my screen shot, which is on MacOS, but I imagine the interface is similar on Windows.

Same issue, exact same Photoshop CC version and system config. Just started today.
