Could anyone help me with this? Thanks!
Thanks for your help!
I went into the windows system folder and found the file ASProxy64.dll as said in the report.
Tried to delete the file, file in use so I can't delete it.
Changed the file name and uninstall Astrill VPN software then PS can run again!

Did this happen after you installed the latest Windows updates: Windows updates requires RESTART especially if you are on Windows 10, or Windows 8.1. RESTART means RESTART so you need to got the power button and choose Restart. Don't shut down or don't go to sleep.
Hope this works.

I had the same exact issue and uninstalling Astrill VPN and rebooting afterward resolved the issue. However, I use Astrill VPN for security reasons so I'm going to need to diagnose this further or wait for Adobe or Astrill to address this issue with an update.
Thanks for the temporary fix!

Same here. Uninstalling Astrill is obviously not a solution. Should be fixed by Adobe because it's their software which reports a faulty module which does work with hundreds of other applications.
I am only on a trial basis but this could be a deal breaker.

Adobe aren't reporting this as a faulty module, Microsoft are. Photoshop has crashed. At the time if the crash this DLL was doing something. Now, Adobe won't speak directly to the DLL. Rather, Photoshop will be doing something, probably trying to use the network in an ordinary way. Maybe checking for lucense or updates or whatever. Doesn't prove anything but it's more likely the DLL at fault. Because an otherwise stable Windows is making an otherwise stable app crash.

Ok, but this does not explain why many other apps which communicate in the same way do not crash with the dll present. I notified Astrill as well. It seems indeed more likely to get a fix from them than from Adobe or let alone Microsoft.

It doesn't explain crashes like this often have very strange causes. Unlikely Adobe could "fix" anything. But I'd like to know what you hear.

Read your error report carefully. Assuming the same problem could leave a mess. What does it say?
