Photoshop CC 2018 error messages

My daughter used my computer to do some work. Now photoshop is not working right. This is what happens when I try to do somethings. What can I do to.

Try resetting your preferences.

1. For the PC go to Edit>Preferences>General for the Mac go to Photoshop>Preferences>General

2 Click on the "Reset Preferences on Quit"

3. Restart Photoshop
