Photoshop CC 2018 (mac) does not honor my wacom intuos pro mapping setting

I have dual monitor set up and need to map my wacom intuos pro to only one of the monitor, and all other application works fine except photoshop cc 2018, it just keep mapping to the full mode to both monitors which is really annoying.

Anyone has the same issue here ? any solutions?

On Window my Wacom Intuos Pro can be mapped to my "full desktop"  how many display I'm using for my desktop normally two or three in my case  normallt two or to a portion of my desktop. or to one of my displays.  For all other application I map the wacom to my full desktop, for Photoshop I map my wacom to monitor 1 which in my configuration is the monitor to the right of my other display. This works on windows.
