Photoshop CC 2018 not able to login with creative cloud

Hi!

I work on imac OSX El Capitan (10.11.6) and therefor I am obliged to use the only compatible version of photoshop CC 2018.  On the 14th of October, I changed my plan to photography plan and since then I try to open photoshop, creative cloud pops up to ask to login. When I login in I am asked to try trial version for 7 days while I purchased the licence two weeks ago.  Adobe support team cannot help me because they don't support this version anymore and said that I have to write here so a community expert can help me.

Try going through the steps outlined in this document.

Adobe support should still be able to assist you - Trial errors have nothing to do with the version of the software, more to do with the account authorization.

In addition, if Chat tries to send you back here, be insistent. Copy and paste what Kevin said earlier as well as the link he provided.
