Photoshop cc 2019 crashes on startup splash

my photoshop cc 2019 crashes when i open it.. the splash appears then ps home screen appears but it crashes after few seconds 

i was using 2018 and 2017 before and it worked so well

i tried reinstalling it but it doesn't work

Strange it was Photoshop CC 2020 earlier

Why would you expect help/support for using pirated versions of Adobe software

Maybe do the right thing and purchase a subscription only then will we offer help

Let me get this clear. Between your two posts you are telling us that you have an unlicensed version of Photoshop CC2019, sent to you by ' a friend',  and you say we have to help you to get it working?

So let me help you. Remove all unlicensed versions from your PC. Take out a subscription. Download the desktop application. Use the desktop app to load the genuine versions.

May I suggest that you contact Adobe Customer Care

They will be able to verify that you have a valid Adobe subscription, which I doubt you have
