Photoshop cc 2019 render video bug

Hey,

I installed the latest version of Photoshop. When I export a png sequence from the timeline it only renders the first frame and then duplicates this frame.

So when I render for example 5 seconds of animation it creates a 5 second sequence of a single frame.

I'm using the previous version of photoshop now for the time being.

Is anyone experiencing a similar problem?

I'm having the exact same problem on Windows 10. I've tried with several files, including one that I tried prior to updating to 2019 that had worked correctly before, and it's giving me the same issue. Watching the files be exported, I see it trying to render the next frame on occasion, but then it goes right back to being a copy of the first frame.

This has put a huge roadblock in my workflow and it's infuriating.

У меня такая же проблема и нигде нет решения. Кстати я использую Windiws10. Пробовал переустановить PS, но не помогло... А вот на компьютере, который находится на работе в офисе все отлично работает на Windows 8.1. Так в чем же проблема? Непонятно!

Which Platform OS version and hardware. On my Windows 10 workstation it works however with PNG with smallest possible setting it seems to take quite a bit ot time saving the sequences of files.

Thanks for responding.

I'm using windows 7. Png does take a while, but as I said it only renders one frame over and over again instead of all the individual frames. I'm quite sure this is a bug. I've been using this feature for quite a while, but since the update it's broken.
