Photoshop CC 2019 Transformation

Hi

I just changed from CC 2018 to CC 2019 and have problems with the Edition > Transformation of the pictures

Homéothétie only allows a proportional transformation and I can't change only the height or the width

Torsion is also limited in comparison with the previous version

    Hi,

Hold down the Shift Key to change only the height or the width.

In the CC 2019 Photoshop transforms proportionally by default. Holding down the Shift key now resizes non-proportionally when you drag a corner handle during transform.

is exist an option in setting with old handling??.... I work with adobe since Photoshop 5 and for few years (cc) they ruin our workflow (mine anyway) with barely useless updates. this version is still glitched (ok it's new version but that display bug won't appear before), and glitch appear on export too often... the saddest...

But the most annoying is that resize/transformation.

1st// I have to try keys tab, shift, alt or ctrl result is differents by the kind of document you resize, bitmap, vector, or dynamic object... it's really boring.

2nd//, for exemple when i want to resize a form to 100 x 100px when i loose my cursor i have to check with info box if it was respected, because 4/5 time it resize at 99 x 99px... not fair for webdesigner...

what happened really? I'am tired about write them in their satisfaction boxes... they never respond or contact me

Creative Suit (box) looked better tested before release. why not now?

Hi, Select the layer you want to transform or change height or width and then press the Ctrl+T or Cmd+T to turn on the transformation and then you can  change the height or width manually  according to your needs.

Or  if you want to change the height or width using mouse Automatic then when you do transformation then while doing Transformation Press Shift so that it will change the height or width.

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

    Hi jackf49173927,

Sorry that you cannot transform in Photoshop as expected.

Please take a look at the section "Transform proportionally by default" in this linked article New and enhanced features | Latest release of Photoshop CC  to know what's changed and how to go back to the older scaling behavior.

    Thanks,
