Hi All,
I hope U R doing fine today. I'm experiencing issues with Photoshop CC 2019 when I'm using Wacom Intuos 5. The software is freezing when I try to Undo any action or zoom in or zoom out with keyboard shortcuts... Similar problems with digital painting - terrible lags during using a brush tool. I've got the latest Wacom drivers and I'm not experiencing those issues when I work on Photoshop CC 2018.
Does anybody hear about something like that? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Artur

Have you install the latest CC 2010 update version 20.0.2? Which OS version are you using? If a Windows windows version Are you using WinTab or INK interface between Photoshop and Wacom Tablet? When you are using a brush tool is you brush spacing set to 1%? Zooming on a large image and using 1% spacing often causes brush lag.

Hi there,
I'm Windows 10 user - I've got the latest update of Windows, Wacom, and Photoshop, as well. I think I'm using WinTab - I've created this additional .txt file in Adobe Photoshop folder... Brush spacing is set on 15%. OK, if I've unchecked WinInk checkbox - there is no lag...but there is no pen pressure recognition.
Thanks,

If you uncheck use windows INK for Photoshop in your wacom preferences make sure the PSUserConfig.txt file is in your user ID CC 2019 preferences folder and the syntax is correct. I use Wintab and also the old Transform behavior. Here what my setting look like

Thanks for a piece of advice...but it doesn't work... When I unchecked Win Ink box - all issues disappeared... but pen pressure, too. With Photoshop CC2018 everything goes nice and smooth...but Photoshop CC2019 doesn't want to cooperate with Wacom Intuos. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you uncheck use windows INK in Photoshop you also need the add the PSUserConfig.txt file into you User ID preferences folder for each Photoshop CC versions you use. Photoshop CS versions only support pen via WinTab API. Photoshop CC versions can User Windows INK or WinTab API. By default Photoshop CC versions use Windows INK.
The reason I use WinTab is I have CS6, CC 2014, CC 2018 and CC 2019. CS6 only support Pen via WinTab API. So I configure my Wacom Intuos Pro not to use Windows INK for Photoshop And I configure CC 2014, CC 2018 and CC 2019 also not to use Windows INK via PSUserConfig.txt files the the three Preferences folders.
Did you add the PSUserConfig.txt file into you user ID Photoshop CC version's Preferences folders?

No offence JJMACK...but I'm not retarded. Of course, I've created a proper .txt file and copy to Adobe Settings folder. I did it same operation with Photoshop CC2018 some time ago and everything works without any lags. Please take a look. Thanks anyway.

No where did call you retarded. You stated you lost Pen Pressure so something is wrong. I also use Windows 10 and I have a Wacom Intuos Pro and CS6, CC 2014, CC 2018 and CC 2019 all have Pen pressure and brushes are quite smooth when the document is not huge and the brush setting are reasonable.
I can introduce Brush lag in all Photoshop versions by overtaxing my machine simple using unreasonable brush setting on a huge zoomed out document where a single brush stroke will be changing mega pixels that need to be blended with other mega pixels.
If everything is configured correctly why do you not have pen pressure?
I can see lag may be cause by different Hardware and Software Display adapters and device drivers but I do not know why you do not have Pen Pressure .
We seem to have the same OS, Wacom Model and drivers and CC 2018 and CC 2019, Does Photoshop see your Pen or do you have the warning triangle next to Control: Pen Pressure like this. As soon as I use my pen Photoshop will remove that triangle,

Apologizes JJMack... I was overreacted... I know U want to help me... Just to clarify: I didn't lose pen pressure - I never have it in Photoshop CC2019...so I'm a little bit tired of looking for solutions... For example: if U would buy a brand new car from a dealer and get home...and next day U realized the passenger door doesn't open...and then U would call to a dealer and he would tell U: "Sorry Man, U have to find any mechanic or just don't use passenger door..." and then "The mechanic" tells U: Hey, U have to turn radio on, turn air condition off and don't put anything to trunk and everything will B OK" but it is NOT... So U would B pissed off 4 sure... I'm not any kind of an IT specialist - I just want to be a digital painter. Once again thank you 4 your support. I'm going 2 use Photoshop CC2018...
Goodnite.
Thanks

If you no longer want to look for a solution and want to talk about passenger door I'm out.
If you have pressure in cc 2018 are you absolutely sure you Copied the PSUserConfig.txt in your CC 2018 Preferences into your CC 2019 Preferences folder and what about the Triangle is it there or not?
You may also want to read this. I have had to do the same sever times over the years I have been using Wacom Pen. I found I need to wipe out all Wacom Preeminence profile and start over. To fix issues I was having. Editing existing profile did not fix my problems

CC 2015 was included with a subscription you could never have bought a licence to use it. Lately adobe change the Creative cloud desktop application and removed the feature to install previous version of Creative Cloud software. You need to contact Adobe to see if the will refund you money if you need CC 2015. It seems that Dolby has filed legal action claming that Adobe is infringing using Dolby property beyond their agreement.https://gizmodo.com/adobe-warns-using-old-creative-cloud-apps-might-get-you-1834730149
