Photoshop CC 2020 not running Video Files May 2020

I am trying to import video files from my local computer storage to Photoshop but get the Could Not Open pop up msg. Screenshot here. Also tried to import with Video Frames to layers option. Same thing.

Even tried the options discussed in a previous thread (screenshot below). 

 

Nopes. Nah nothing works. Is there a way out here in the May of 2020?
