Photoshop CC not working properly

Hello there, 

Recently I have noticed my Photoshop CC doesn't work properly. When opening the app it doesn't send me to the usual homepage, instead I'm stuck on a blank screen. The only way I'm able to use the programme is through opening an image or PSD file. For clarity I'm using a Macbook Pro with Mac OS Catalina installed and the latest Photoshop installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both photoshop and Creative Cloud and still no resolve. I know it's a bit of an unsual issue but if anyone has any help that'll be helpful.
