Photoshop cc open with my image in crop mode

Hi would anybody be able to help me with this ever time I open an image in PS cc my image is already in crop mode like it defaults to that I cant figure out how to make it stop thank you

    Have you tried clicking on another tool.   I know when I exit with Crop mode still on, it remains that way when I open it back up, even with a new project.
