Adobe used to call the app Photoshop CC (for Creative Cloud, versus CS from the older Creative Suite). Now that everything has been Creative Cloud for so many years, they've dropped the CC branding from the individual apps so they can focus on Photoshop for iPad or Photoshop for Desktop (Mac and PC). I hope that helps clear things up.

Buy from where?

There is only one full version of Photoshop - which is Photoshop CC. You cannot buy it, it is subscription only.

Where are you looking?

Here are the plans, and what they include:

Looking again, I see that the link I gave you says "Photoshop on Desktop". That's to distinguish it from "Photoshop on iPad". All the same, "Desktop" is not part of the official name. Photoshop CC is all that Adobe offers and that's what you will get. I hope this helps.

The most affordable plan is the Photography plan. It's an annual plan, payable at $9.99 per month.
