I can't find the way to change this shortcut for us who don't have this kind of keyboard

Open the Clone Source window (Window / Clone Source) and click in the 'Rotate the Clone Source' box (third box down on the right). With your mouse or stylus move the clone brush somewhere you can see it while on the keyboard you use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the rotation value. Personally I think this is actually a better method than using shortcuts, and it doesn't depend on what keyboard you have.

I'm having trouble doing this with a Swedish keyboard. My solution is to have the English keyboard layout installed as well. In Windows you can easily switch between your chosen keyboard layouts by pressing Alt+Shift. Search Google for an image of an English keyboard layout and look where the < and > keys are located. On my Swedish keyboard they are at the comma and period key. With the English keyboard layout active, you can press Alt + Shift + < (corresponds to Alt + Shift + , on a Swedish keyboard layout) or Alt + Shift + > (corresponds to Alt + Shift + . on a Swedish keyboard layout) to rotate the clone source.

As a bonus, Use Alt + Shift + [ or Alt + Shift + ] to scale the clone source.

Hello, I really can't make it work. I am on a Mac with Photoshop CC 2018 and a French (AZERTY) keyboard.

I also have tried to switch to US keyboard but clone tool source rotation (keyboard shortcut) doesn't work has well (AZERTY or QWERTY)... even when I try ALT+SHIFT+, or . or < or > or [ or ]....

please anybody can help me ?

I don't understand how to do it, I think I have tried everything....

It is  "<" OR ">"  It means the < and > keys. The ones with period and comma on them.

These should be the correct keyboard shortcuts:

Keys for the Clone Source panel

Do you use a standard english keyboard?

    English keyboard – good question!

I've done some tests for CS6:

    1. Using the German Keyboard, the Clone Source can be modified like this::

    Open Clone Source Panel.

Select any number field: X, Y, W, H or Angle.
Here e.g. the Angle is highlighted.
CUp = Cursor up, CDn = Cursor down (arrow keys).

    CUp: step +0.1°
    CDn: step  -0.1°

    Shift + CUp: step +1°
    Shift + CDn: step  -1°

    2. German Keyboard has  <  without  Shift and  >  with Shift. Thus Shift cannot
be valid for both  <  and  >. English keyboard has both  <  and  >  with Shift.

    3. Keyboard Shortcuts > Panel Menus > Clone Source > (show list)
doesn't offer a Clone Source Rotation. Keys cannot be assigned directly, IMHO.

As far as I remember I had contributed about 2005 to a discussion about the

development of a clone stamp tool with preview and with all transformations,

a feature which was at that time not available in PhS, here with the last update

    from 2009:
