Photoshop CC stops occasionally

My photoshop would sometimes stop with no reason. I'm using win10 but I think that doesn't matter since my laptop is fine.

It stops when I press ctrl+N, It stops when I drag and drop a PSD file, It stops just right after It opens and so on.

It stops randomly, with no reason. It doesn't show any pop up warning.

When it stops, the mouse curser would be the basic arrow point and even though I hover it to some tools which usually change the mouse curser to something else, It doesn't respond and still be an arrow. And of course I can't click to the tool or any other things.

I can't even close it by right-click > close on the bottom of the screen.(I don't know the word in English but I think it's Tray.)

I have to close it by starting Task manager.(again, I don't know the word in Englsih, I can start it by pressing ctrl+alt+delete.)

I have tried deleting the photoshop and installing again, or updating it but I have the same problem over and over again.

Sometimes this problem won't show up and I can work on my project. It is literally random.

Does anybody know what's going on?
