photoshop cc transition type animation

Hi, I'm looking for a PS CC tut that'll let me scramble words (or letters) and then have them end up grouped in an arrow formation. Like these Finding Nemo clip transtions (1:30 onward) except the fish would be words/letters.

Here is my project in print, now I'm trying for it in animation in PPT and social media. TIA.

OK - seriously small world here. I'm from Brookfield...

It would be a pretty big challenge to do this in Photoshop.

After Effects would be a better choice, but there is a learning curve for that.

Have you tried building it natively in PowerPoint?

The latest version has some pretty robust animations.
