Hi all. The last week I've noticed I don't have access to Photoshop CC2018. Even though I'm signed in it's saying I don't have a licence. Any ideas to solve the problem??

Photoshop has been subscription only since 2013. Do you have a Creative Cloud plan that includes Photoshop?

Yeah I do have a subscription but it doesn't seem to register when I log in on CC. My MacBook Pro is 2011 but has been fine until this last week. 2018 Photoshop was all it can handle but it worked fine until recently.

Can you tell us the exact message? If it reverted to trial instead of saying you don't have a license, I would have sent you to this page:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
There are four steps. Click the disclosure button on the left to expand each step. Let us know if this works.
Your paid subscription should have no issues with running the 2018 version that is already installed on your computer.

Did you follow these four steps? The first tells you how to verify your subscription. The second has you sign out and sign in again. Make sure you use the correct Adobe ID and PW, as most of the time that solves the issue.

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).
2. for versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesigntools.com*.3. for versions newer than cc 2019 but older than one previous version, contact adobe support for links**.
---------------------------------------------------------------
* most (but not all) adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.
thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

** this support is currently not available. ie, there's a significant gap (between 2019 and last year) in the available previous versions.
opposition to this decision (to limit available previous versions) has been conveyed to adobe officials who are therefore aware of the problems caused by this policy. however, unless/until changes are made, nothing can be done to legally access these files.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location

Still getting this and tried all those other things

and you checked your account to confirm an active subscription, correct?
assuming yes, then you signed out and then back in to your cc desktop app using exactly the same adobe id/password, correct?
assuming yes and yes, there was no profile to select when signing in to your cc app, correct?

Yeah I've done all them things. It's my account. Just keeps coming up with trial up and saying no subscription found

reset you cc app
restart your computer
retry using the cc app
if those fail, contact adobe support via chat. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Apparently they're not supporting that version of photoshop anymore.

No, Adobe is not supporting it. But you have it installed and it's reverted to trial.

You have not responded to my earlier post(s) about what to do when your application reverts to trial. Scroll up in this thread if you didn't see it.
