Photoshop click and drag problem

Hi
I am using Photoshop CC 2014 and a Wacom Intuos.

I am having a weird problem when I am trying to do any action that involves clicking and dragging, for example, using the pan/scroll tool, brush, eraser, marquee, etc. even the move tool.

I am attaching a Dropbox link of a screen capture to show the problem, because I can't explain it in words.

This wasn't there when I had opened Photoshop just this morning. But now, even after reopening Photoshop multiple times, even restarting my laptop, the problem persists. However, I must mention, this is not the case for other Adobe products like Illustrator or After Effects. They are working fine. So it might not a problem connected with my Wacom. But again, this problem doesn't arise when I am using my mouse to do the same actions.

This is pretty confusing and if there is any fix, then please let me know about it. It will be of a great help. Thanks in advance!

Regards

Agni

Hi

To EVERYONE facing the problem -
You don't need to roll back your Windows 10. Simple follow these steps:

1. Plug in your drawing tablet.

2. Search in the Windows search bar "Windows Ink".

3. Simply turn OFF all the Windows  Ink settings you find there.

Now it should be working great for you. I tried it out for several of my friends who were facing this problem. There are a few registry edit fixes as well, but I know a lot of people fear editing the registry and stuff. If you do not need Windows Ink feature, please turn it off completely.

I'm going to post this here as well. I have a Huion tablet and am experiencing the same issue and as far as I'm concerned, it's due to an incompatibility between Adobe's Photoshop and Windows. As you said, every time I zoom in and put down my pen, it teleports me away from my canvas and it's as if the program thinks I'm moving around instead of drawing.

Do you have Windows 10 and the KB4089848 update? I am having the same kind of issues with Photoshop CC 2018.

There are many versions of Wacon Intuos and many Wacon drivers.  I use Old Wacom Drivers and configure it to use Witab Api for use with Photoshop.  I do not have problems with my old Intuso pro small and Photoshop versions like CC 2014.
