Photoshop closes automatically after 3 minutes

I runed photoshop today and opened a document.

2 minutes after I opened the photoshop this message showed:

I tried clicking No and the document has closed. I opened photoshop few more times and the message still showed and there wasn't a way to get out of it. I saw in a different support page I need to reset the prefrences. It didn't help. I tried also restarting the computer but it didn't work. Can someone help me with that? I need photoshop.
