Photoshop Cloud Documents not syncing

When I open photoshop and try to open cloud documents, Its not showing my documents and it will not sync. I can access my documents through adobe cloud but not directly from photoshop. I have the latest version of photoshop downloaded and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working.

Are you still having trouble syncing your cloud docs? Have you tried updating to Photoshop 23.0.1

Hi @Deauxpeman 

 

Your first image says you are not online and both images have an "x" on the Cloud icon. Try signing out of the Creative Cloud app, then sign back in again.
