Hi @Socrates_BRASIL — welcome to the community!

Could you tell us a bit more about the issue you're running into? Knowing which version of Photoshop you're using and how you installed Photoshop and Creative Cloud on a drive other than your main one would really help us troubleshoot.

In the meantime, one thing you might try is reducing the size of Photoshop’s temporary files. You can do this by turning off the auto-recovery feature, though just a heads-up — this means Photoshop won’t automatically save recovery information in case of a crash. To do that, head to Edit > Preferences > File Handling and disable the “Automatically Save Recovery Information” option.

Another thing that might help is lowering the number of history states Photoshop keeps. By default, it’s set to 50, but you can reduce it by going to the Performance section in Preferences and adjusting the History States setting.

If you're still running into issues, it might be worth resetting Photoshop’s preferences. Sometimes, especially after a crash, the preferences file can get corrupted and cause problems with how Photoshop handles scratch disks. Resetting those preferences and then setting up your scratch disk again could help clear up the error.

Let me know how it goes or if you’d like help walking through any of those steps!

Thanks again,
Alek
