Photoshop corrupts images in layers. Photoshop image problems. Pixels are missing

No matter what version of Photoshop. My file gets corrupted sometimes. When there are several layers, in some the image is normal, in others it is corrupted.

Usually such damage is not related to Photoshop, but to your hardware. Check the disk where you store the photos for errors. Check the RAM using the operating system tools. Your computer may need repair. 

When viewing files in other programs, do they look normal or the same?
