Photoshop 'Could not save 'file name'

Hello, i have quite strange problem with saving files.

Some files with Smart Objects, or AI generation leyers are readable, but with some modifications (any) i cant 'save' that file, i cant 'save as' that file, either 'save a copy', but the file is not damaged. I always can save it in Cloud. The problem concerns files with layers. Photoshop does not provide a reason.

No, it has just 115mb

What else, Photoshop export jpg, png, gif via  Save for web, but it doesnt create a file on disc.

Please, help 😐
