Pretty simple issue, i just installed Photoshop 26.2.0 on my Apple M4 Pro. Each time i am trying to select Neural Filters - Photoshop crashes.

Before you give me an advise -  I did it all:

1. Unchecked and checked all options in Settings > Performance.

2. Reinstalled and installed older Photoshop

3. Removed all Adobe files and Reinstalled Adobe Creative cloud and Photoshop from the scratch.

4. Deleted preferences manually and automatically

5. Started up Photoshop with Command+Option+Shift

...And aso i can not do quick export as PNG

"Could not complete the Quick Export as PNG command because of a program error."

The only thing that i can think of:

I moved my old Macbook Pro files to the new one using Migration Assistant... Maybe this is the problem?

Thank you fo your help in advance!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

No guarantees but you could try uninstalling, using the Cleaner Tool and reinstalling Photoshop.

Blimey, I'd have hoped they would work OK on an M4 Pro.  I have found several links where people have successfully used Neural Filters on an M4 Pro Mac, and apparently, really quickly, so you should be able to fix whatever is going on.

So strange issue, basically all works fine on another Macbook account. But on my account photoshop folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/23  is empty

Apparently i fixed it! This is for people who may experience similar issues in the future!

Basically when you migrate content from older mac to new this can happen.

First of all i had to remove ~Library/ApplicationSupport alias and keep only "Application Support" with the space.

Second of all after I created another account on this Mac and installed Photoshop i copied this "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/23" folder content and paste it into my account folder that i created. And after i gave this folders "UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP" my account permissions "Read and Write" all magically started working!

Cheers
