Photoshop crashes to dekstop while saving files

Photoshop crashes to dekstop when I am trying to save my files. It just goes to 99% and then....crashes! No errors, nothing.  So I have lost all my work as my jpg files is saved like this and my psd file is not opening at all as it has "unexpexted end" .

So I am very keen to listen how to recover it?

Are you saving directly to external storage and/or over a network connection?

 

Both are officially unsupported and increase corruption risk by orders of magnitude. Save locally, then copy over.
