The first thing to try is to reset the Print dialog. Hold down the Shift key, then choose Print. Are you sending the crash reports and including your Adobe ID email on them?

I've moved your post to the Photoshop forum for you.

If you decide to follow Keith's advice to reset preferences or uninstall/reinstall, be sure to back up preferences first or you risk losing custom Actions, Brushes, and more. Then scroll down further to see how to reset preferences manually by renaming the file. A new preferences file will be created and the old one preserved.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#backup-photoshop-preferences

But first:

Try resetting the Print dialog as above and try reinstalling your printer as well.

Isn't it Spacebar > Print, Jane? Maybe I remember incorrectly.
