Hello, @CShubert and @@mj, sorry for the lack of updates, been tiring days at work. I updated Photoshop to 23.5 and it still crashed. Windows and Radeon are both up to date.

I unchecked the Use Graphics Processor and the problem seems to be gone, but it's very slow 😞

Thank you for the sysinfo @Brandwolff, have you tried updating to Ps 23.5 to see if this issue persists?  Also, your video driver appears to be 4 months old and if there is an update you should install and try again to see if that fixes this issue
