Photoshop crashing

Hi.

I bought photoshop today, and when I try to open it, it crashing at the splash screen while trying to initialize.

I would love to get your help on that since I really need it for work.

I assume you're on Windows, can you check the Windows event viewer for errors relating to Photoshop.exe in the application log

I don't see anything related to photoshop.

I got a lot of errors bot none of them related to photoshop, all of the errors I see are related to user profile service.

Try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to completely remove Photoshop and reinstall

Also make sure you have the latest driver for your GPU installed
