Photoshop CS2 Corrupted

My Adobe Photoshop CS2 no longer goes to my pictures when I want to open a file but goes to microsoft pictures which it then brings up upside down. In my search the error appears to be in Photoshop file 22-3-05 19,076KB. Any suggestions.

There is no Photoshop itself with the name C32, but is it CS2?
However, CS2 is a very old version that cannot be authenticated.
If you use it for a long time, it is often used in a system trouble or in an environment that is not guaranteed to work.
