PHOTOSHOP CS2 DOTS SHOWING ON SCREEN! HELP!

Hi! Are you using the Photoshop SDK? If so, which methods does your
program use?

No just plain Photoshop CS, any clue?

programmers using the Photoshop SDK. These programmers aren't
necessarily experts in using Photoshop at all.
