Photoshop CS4 licensing error 150:30

Hi.  I bought a new macbook pro and transferred all my files and programs using time machine.  All worked great except for my photoshop.  The new macbook runs OS X 10.9.5.  I can't find my disk but I do have my serial number.  Any help would be appreciated.

    If you want to run the License Recovery Tool and repair in place, use this screenshot guide.  (For OSX 10.7 and later)

    It should repair CS4's license and save a reinstall.

    Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies
