I have no idea when this starded happening but if I try help  while using photoshop I get the Following:

The requested URL /en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there a solution to this.

Thanks

You can get a Help.pdf for photoshop cs5 from here:

Photoshop User Guide PDF Archive

What operating system are you using?

Thanks Jeff.

This give me at least something to use. But it would be better if the online link still worked.

I am using windows 10 as a operating system.

Try reporting the broken link to Adobe on their feedback site as a problem. Photoshop Family Customer Community  That may help.

Photoshop Help is online  and uses your default browser and I currently get the same error with CS6. CC help seems to be OK it open

Adobe Photoshop Learn & Support in my browse.

In CS6 however I get your 404 not found the problem is most likely on Adobe's web site the url is not there
