Photoshop CS6 13.01 update for Design Suite edition needed... I think.

I have just installed my copy of CS6 Design Suite Premium onto my WIndows 10 PC but have been met by the infamous snapping window bug, making using floating windows impossible to use (I'm a taskbar-at-the-top person). My Photoshop says it is version 13.0 but there are no updates showing. From what I can see, the non-CC version last update should be 13.01 but I don't know how to get that update because the update manager seemingly won't get it. I did find one post in the community where an Adobe staff had posted a link to the 13.01 update installer but when I ran that, it said "This version is not for you", so I am guessing that's for the standalone Photoshop CS6.

I can't find any other information about a Design Suite CS6 13.01 Photoshop update, does anyone know if there is one available or is there only one for the standalone version? I don't think I can install the Design Suite Photoshop as standalone because my license is for the full suite.

I know what the "workaround" is but I don't like hiding the taskbar just for one programme and it's a pain having to switch it all the time, I prefer my taskbar always visible. I can write my own application to do something with the taskbar state but I'd rather not have to spend my own time writing applications to solve the problem in paid-for applications if possible. I'm an old retired recluse with mental health problems, I just want to get to the end of my time with as little hassle as possible, programming these days isn't as easy as it once was.

Of course if this update doesn't actually solve the problem, then I can stop hunting for it altogether. If anyone can offer any insight, it would be very much appreciated.
