Photoshop CS6 (Mac) crashes every time I try to save for web a GIF

So I run Photoshop CS6 on my Macbook, and I've just started using it. I use it to make GIFs, so when I'm finally done with a GIF, I try to save it as web. All goes well until I click the "save" button--then the application just force closes, brings up a report screen, and asks me for feedback (it always tells me there's a solution in blue text but I can never click on it--it never sends me anywhere). I've tried reininstalling CS6 but nothing is working. Does anyone have a solution?

I've done all of that, and it still does not work. What should I do?

A Reinstall, but this time use the Cleaner Tool after the uninstall  Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

and if you have discs, download a fresh installer. Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

This is the best I can do. I can't tell if there are corrupted fonts or some unknown utility like a virus scanner on your Mac, but I'm hoping this method is more thorough.

You have OSX 10.12 and 10.12.1 is out. The base release of Sierra has had problems with Adobe products as I just recently found out.

Try this:

Copy the following path to the clipboard:

~/Library/Preferences/

In Finder, press Shift+Cmd+G to get the Go To Folder dialog then paste the copied path and click OK.

Locate the following file and delete it:

Adobe Save for Web 13.0 Prefs
