photoshop cs6 revoked serial number

I bought photoshop cs6, recently I had to reinstall my windows 10 and when I tried to reinstall my photoshop there was a message that my serial number was revoked. When I installed it for the first time, everything was fine and I was using it for almost 2 years. The company that I bought ma photoshop cs6 from sais that they can't do anything about it.  Can somebody help me with this issue? Chatbot was not helful and I coudn't find any e-mail addres to send a message to.

@Hikari5E29 "I bought photoshop cs6, recently" Photoshop CS6 has not been sold legally for almost 10 years, there's nothing anybody here can do to help, go back to the company you bought it from and ask for a refund, you were sold an illegal/pirated version.

Thank You, but polish version basicly offers subsciption plans and there isn't much of anything else. Is there some way to contact customer support, so that someone could officialy tell me that it actualy was an illegal or pirated version like Ged_Traynor suggested? I don't think that they just gave me the money back because I said so.

Looks to me like the OP bought it about 2 years ago, we won't know until the OP verifies this

I don't remember, I was logged in with my adobe account, but I don't remember if I registered serial number. Is that important?

i just had a similar problem. I bought a new iMac back in 2013 and installed Photoshop CS6 bought directly from Adobe. It was registered with them and worked perfectly for eleven years. I installed the updates when they appeared and updated the Mac OS to High Sierra with no problems. Being an old IMac, the OS is no longer supported but Photoshop ran fine until last week when a notice appeared at start up that my installation of Photoshop was invalid and would be terminated in 5 days. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it refused my serial numbers and said they had been revoked. Why after eleven years of no problems? I'm 82 and trying to digitize my life time of film negatives and positives. This is very unfair.

You'll need to contact Adobe directly via phone or chat. DO NOT let them tell you to post here, nobody here can help. They will need to reinstate your serial number.

Please read this. This happend me too. Adobe revokes now (maybe all) CS6 serial numbers. And the reason is lie.
