Hi everyone,

I bought a Adobe CS6 Suite Design & Web Premium in 2012 (i have box, dvd and serial number), i use it on Mac.
Two days ago, i've opened Bridge and Photoshop shown a warning that my serial number is not valid and the application will stop working in 4 days.
I've talked with live Chat technical support, that send me here.
Can someone please help me avoid loosing my Suite?

Thanks in advance,

Filippo

@Lumigraphics @PECourtejoie @Ged_Traynor they did update the support page for stand-alone applications as part of the discussion:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/download-non-subscription-adobe-software/td-p/11919842

but in cases of licensing - the only thing customer support can do is reset an activation count (not deactivate or reactivate licenese) or send them here.

In this case (has not been confirmed) I suspect Adobe is invalidating Educational licensing since the stipulations of the original agreement were that it was to be used as a student/educator and this was in 2013. Doubtful someone is still a student or active educator needing to use CS6. Schools would be using CC by now.

Figures, there is little to no help we can offer.

@Lumigraphics as I stated before - this was discussed already with the Experts forum. Adobe is no longer supporting CS6 and the official SOP is to send them here for any last help they can get.

@Filippo35329255sadf if this is an Educational license - there have been numerous reports of them stopping activation for these licenses as they have well exceeded the agreement terms.

Go back to technical support, we are not Adobe employees and cannot help with license issues. ONLY Adobe has that information and can assist.

@PECourtejoie this has been discussed in our channels and Customer Care is directing users with old software here by default. Officially Adobe no longer supports older software like CS6 so this is their only hope.

Hi, most of the posters here are not adobe employees, so we won't be able to help you.

I'd try the support again.

@Filippo35329255sadf is it an educational license?

@Filippo35329255sadf "third party seller on eBay" that could be the problem, back in the day a lot of third party sellers where illegally selling volume licences for Adobe products and you may well have falling into that trap

Live chat support just checked the serial number and it's fine, it has been
12 years ago and never had a problem.
